1) Skipping meals is potentially dangerous, so you shouldn't do it so if you said yes, then make sure you start having three meals a day, if you feel you don't have time in the morning to have breakfast get up earlier it has been proved that a person that eats breakfast will be slimmer than a person who skips breakfast as long as its breakfast or cereal not like a full english cooked breakfast.

2) Having confidence is very good, other people can sense it from you and it is a good quality to have just make sure you don't come across as arrogant. 

3) Stop comparing yourself to other people, you are who you are focus on yourself in a good light, as well as others.

4) Everyone looks different stop thinking everyone around you has everything and think about what is good in your life and about the way you look you could end up with self- confidence in no time.

5) Stop looking at calories and just enjoy what you eat just make sure you have a balanced diet and don't snack too much and you will be fine.

6) Don't feel embarrassed about what you weigh and your clothes size as it is truly who you are that counts you can always change your weight and clothes size, if you definitely feel you have to lose weight get help from a GP.

1) Make sure you eat a balanced diet and don't eat too many snacks, but not skipping meals is very good, well done!

2) When you look in the mirror think about all the positive things you see not the bad things and in time you will feel better about the way you look as it doesn't matter as long as you are a good person and keep healthy.

3) Good, comparing yourself to other people knocks confidence, you are your own person, it is a good quality to have to not compare yourself to others.

4) Try not to think you look better than everyone else but if you don't then thats great.

5) Good, enjoying food is great as long as you have a healthy diet.
