Questionnaire
1) A well balanced diet includes food from each food group, these foods are, bread, cereal, potatoes, fruit including fresh fruit juice, vegetables, meat, fish, milk and diary foods, fat and sugar.
2) A healthy diet is three meals a day.
3) Having snacks between meals is not bad but to have too many is
not good for your health and having none is not bad, but the reason behind why
they don’t may possibly be dangerous.
4) Fish is part of a balanced diet so you should really have fish
at least once a week.
5) Going on a diet is not wrong, but should never be done by
someone doing it on their own; they should always have help from a GP as it can
get out of control, even if the person is overweight.
6) Anorexia is when someone stops eating completely so they can
lose weight and the person may become compulsive and pretend to others they are
fine even though they are ill, but they would not see it that way.
7) If someone had anorexia you should try to help as it is very
dangerous, to help you could try talking to them and if they don’t listen tell
a teacher at school so the teacher can talk to them or could sort it out with the
parents.
8) The first stages are weight loss, dark circles around the
eyes, flaky skin, being lethargic and not caring about anything.
